At Amoretti Brothers, each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional metalworking techniques.
Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in finish, texture, and patina are natural and part of the product’s character.This policy distinguishes between Catalog Products and Custom-Made Products.
1. Catalog Products (Standard Designs)
Catalog products are items offered in standard sizes, shapes, and finishes as shown on our website.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Catalog Items:
Items that have been installed, modified, or used.Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or maintenance.
2. Custom-Made Products (Made-to-Order)
Custom-made products include any item that is:
Made to custom dimensions
Produced in a custom finish or patina
Designed or modified specifically for a client
Approved through drawings, samples, or written confirmation.
All custom-made products are final sale.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once production has begun.
Deposits and payments for custom orders are non-refundable.
Exceptions
A refund or replacement may be considered only if: The product arrives with structural damage caused during shipping, or The product does not match the approved specifications.In such cases:The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos and documentation are required.
Amoretti Brothers reserves the right to repair, replace, or remake the product rather than issue a refund.
In the eventual case of a refund during production, amounts are based on the percentage of work that has been completed as the time requested. Materials and labor already spent will be deducted from refund amount.
3. Shipping Damage
All items are carefully packed and insured.Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for claims.
4. Natural Variations & Craftsmanship
Due to the handmade nature of our products:Minor variations in color, hammer marks, patina, and texture are not considered defects.
These variations are part of the authenticity and uniqueness of handcrafted metal.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM FOR ALL ITEMS
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return with the reason why.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, with the exception of returns due to damage or product defects.
Refunds will be issued upon inspection of the returned product and are automatically adjusted for any restocking fees or shipping charges.
Any items returned without authorization, returned to the incorrect location, or returned in a damaged or unsaleable condition are subject to additional fees that will be deducted from your final refund.Per inspection, as long as the product is found in new condition and received in its original packaging, you will be issued the refund you are due, less any applicable fees or handling charges. If a returned product is determined to be in damaged or unsaleable condition, it will be subject to additional fees being deducted from the credit, or the credit may be denied completely. Pleaseallow 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
In the case you are eligible for a refund, you should expect to receive it within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
