Terms of Sale
Effective Date: June 13, 2026
Welcome to the Amoretti Brothers official website. Please read these Terms of Sale ("Terms") carefully before submitting an order. Throughout this Site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Amoretti Brothers Inc. Your use of this Site constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Site.
We reserve the right to revise, update, or change this agreement at any time without prior notice. We recommend visiting this page periodically to review the most current version of these Terms prior to placing a new order.
1. Corporate Identity and Contact Details
All products made available through our web shop are officially sold and delivered to you by Amoretti Brothers Inc. Our operational facilities are organized as follows:
These Terms do not negatively affect your mandatory legal statutory consumer rights under applicable local or federal laws relating to the sale of consumer goods. All transactional sales contracts on this platform are concluded exclusively in the English language.
2. Order Submission and Acceptance
Each order submitted through our website checkout process constitutes a formal offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Amoretti Brothers Inc. We reserve the absolute right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Common scenarios where an order may be rejected include:
Once you submit your order, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your purchase request. Please note that this initial email does not signify official order acceptance. A separate confirmation email will be dispatched to you once the item has been securely packaged and transferred to our freight logistics partners. If you believe your order was rejected in error, please contact our support team.
3. Custom Product Availability and Artisan Crafting
To guarantee the complete uniqueness, structural durability, and high quality of our architectural items, all Amoretti Brothers products are handcrafted to order by our skilled artisans. If a product is not marked as actively in stock within our Laredo, Texas warehouse, please allow our Mexican atelier a minimum of 14 to 21 business days to manufacture, hammer, and finish your custom piece by hand.
We maintain the right to modify any information displayed on our web shops at any time without prior notice, including pricing parameters, structural descriptions, and seasonal material availability. However, we will never alter the price, descriptions, or estimated timelines of any custom order after it has been officially accepted.
4. Shipping, Logistics, and Property Transfer
We partner with specialized freight networks to ship heavy custom range hoods, copper bathtubs, and luxury cookware duty-free across the United States. Please note the following shipping frameworks:
5. Prices, Taxation, and Payment Security
The binding price of any item is the exact retail rate indicated on our web shop at the moment you finalize your order submission.
Because our corporate entity is headquartered in Austin, sales taxes are assessed and collected only on orders that are shipped to delivery addresses located within the state of Texas. For all other US states and international territories, you are responsible for checking and settling any local use taxes or individual structural tariffs if applicable.
All secure digital payments are processed through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and authorized digital banking methods.
6. Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty
Every Amoretti Brothers piece is handcrafted to order and built to last generations. Amoretti Brothers warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under the terms below. If a covered defect appears, we will, at our option, repair the piece, replace it, or refund the purchase price. Amoretti Brothers covers shipping both ways on valid claims.
Because every piece is shaped by hand, minor variations in color, shape, hammer marks, and texture are the natural signature of handcrafted work—they are authentic characteristics, not defects.
A. Warranty Terms by Product Category
B. Commercial and Trade Projects
For hospitality, restaurant, and other commercial installations purchased through our Trade Partner Program, Amoretti Brothers provides a two (2) year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under the same exclusions below.
C. Living Finishes Disclosure
Copper, brass, bronze, and blackened steel are living materials. Patinas deepen, brighten, and evolve with use and environment—this is the intentional beauty of the material. Finishes and patinas are therefore not covered by this warranty.
D. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
Damage from improper installation, improper use, accidents, inadequate maintenance, scratches, dents, stains, hard water deposits, or discoloration arising from normal use. Labor, installation, removal, or reinstallation costs are excluded.
7. Returns and Refunds Policy
To file a return or warranty claim for any item, you must contact us at office@amorettibrothers.com with your order number and clear details.
A. Catalog Products (Standard Designs)
Catalog products are items offered in standard sizes, shapes, and finishes as shown on our website.
B. Custom-Made Products (Made-to-Order)
Custom-made products include any item that is made to custom dimensions, produced in a custom finish/patina, or modified specifically for a client after drawing approvals.
C. Delivery Inspection and Strict 48-Hour Shipping Damage Procedure
All items are carefully packed and fully insured. You must inspect your piece at the exact moment of delivery, before signing and before installation.
D. Refund Processing Timelines
When eligible for an authorized refund, please allow up to 4 weeks for the complete cycle. This includes transit time to receive the return at our Laredo warehouse (5 to 10 business days), processing and inspection (3 to 5 business days), and your bank's final processing request (5 to 10 business days).
8. Limitation of Liability
Subject to legal requirements, Amoretti Brothers Inc. will not be held liable under this sales contract for any loss of profit, loss of business revenue, commercial interruption, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that were not reasonably foreseeable by both parties.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amoretti Brothers Inc., our directors, employees, and logistics partners from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or monetary demands (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms of Sale or your misuse of our products.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale and all transactional business relationships are governed strictly by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal actions or disputes must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Travis County, Texas.
