Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

Our promise

Every Amoretti Brothers piece is handcrafted to order by our artisans in Mexico Cityand built to last generations. We stand behind that work.
Amoretti Brothers warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects inmaterials and workmanship under the terms below.
If a covered defect appears, we will, at our option, repair the piece, replace it, or refund the purchase price. Amoretti Brothers covers shipping both ways on valid claims.
Because every piece is shaped by hand, slight variations in color, shape, hammering,and texture are the signature of handcrafted work — they are not defects.

Warranty terms by product category

Range hoods, sinks, bathtubs, wall cladding, and furniture (installed fixtures):lifetime warranty for the original purchaser in the original installation.

Cookware and kitchen accessories: lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.Re-tinning of interiors is normal periodic maintenance, not a defect, and is excluded.

Lighting: lifetime warranty on the handcrafted body for the original purchaser;electrical components (sockets, wiring, drivers) are warranted for [2] years.

Ventilation systems and other third-party mechanical components: covered by thecomponent manufacturer's warranty; we will assist you with any such claim.
The original dated proof of purchase from Amoretti Brothers or an authorized dealer isrequired for all claims. This warranty is not transferable.

Commercial and trade projects


For hospitality, restaurant, and other commercial installations purchased through our
Trade Partner Program, Amoretti Brothers provides a [2]-year warranty againstmanufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under the same exclusions below.

Living finishes
Copper, brass, bronze, and blackened steel are living materials. Patinas deepen,brighten, and evolve with use and environment — this is the nature and beauty of thematerial, and it is intentional. Finishes and patinas are therefore not covered bythis warranty, and changes in finish over time are not defects. Care instructions foreach material are available on our Product Care page.

What this warranty does not cover
Damage from improper installation, improper use, accidents, or inadequate maintenance. Scratches, dents, stains, hard water deposits, and discoloration arising from normal use. Natural evolution of patinas and finishes (see Living Finishes above). Products altered, repaired, or refinished by anyone other than Amoretti Brothers. Labor, installation, removal, or reinstallation costs, and any indirect, incidental,or consequential loss or damage. Damage occurring after delivery acceptance, except as covered above. Delivery inspection and transit damage. Please inspect your piece at the moment of delivery, before signing and before installation. If the crate or box shows visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery receiptbefore signing. Photograph the packaging and the piece. Report any transit damage to office@amorettibrothers.com within 48h of delivery, including photos and your order number.
Transit damage reported through this procedure will be resolved by repair orreplacement at no cost to you. Claims for transit damage reported outside thisprocedure cannot be accepted.

Legal terms
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that varyby state or country. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warrantiesare limited in duration to the duration of this written warranty. Some jurisdictions donot allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental orconsequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM:

Warranty Claims for all Amoretti Brothers Products may be submitted:
 

1) Via email to: office@amorettibrothers.com 
2) By calling our offices 

For all forms of submittal, please provide the following information:

1) Provide the name/description of the product for which you are submitting a claim. 
2) Thoroughly explain the defect or problem. The more details you provide, the better we can assist you.
3) Provide your proof of purchase, e.g., where Company product was purchased, date of purchase, order number(s),etc. 
4) Your name, address, phone number and email address. 

Once you have submitted your claim, you will be contacted within 3-5 business days.
