Amoretti Brothers intends the information and data contained on the Sites to be accurate and reliable, but because the information and data has been compiled from a variety of sources, it is provided 'ASIS' and "AS AVAILABLE". ". You expressly agree that your use of the Sites and any information contained therein is at your own risk.

Accordingly, to the extent permitted by applicable law, AMORETTI BROTHERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or conditions, so such disclaimers may not apply to you. Amoretti Brothers warrants to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home.

The original dated sales receipt from an authorized dealer is required for any warranty claim.

In the case of custom-made products,
damages due to installation errors, improper use of the product and inadequate maintenance are excluded from this guarantee. This warranty does not cover scratches, stains, hard water deposits, and discoloration that may occur with normal use. Amoretti Brothers does not warrant the finish of any nickel-plated products.

This warranty does not cover; shipping cost, labor cost and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement, as well as any other type of loss or damage. The warranty excludes all commercial and commercial use.

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM:

Warranty Claims for all Amoretti Brothers Products may be submitted:

2) By calling our offices 

For all forms of submittal, please provide the following information:

1) Provide the name/description of the product for which you are submitting a claim. 
2) Thoroughly explain the defect or problem. The more details you provide, the better we can assist you.
3) Provide your proof of purchase, e.g., where Company product was purchased, date of purchase, order number(s),etc. 
4) Your name, address, phone number and email address. 

Once you have submitted your claim, you will be contacted within 3-5 business days.
