Warranty on Craftsmanship: Amoretti Brothers proudly stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All products we manufacture—whether copper cookware, tubs, sinks, or custom furniture—come with a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This ensures that your handcrafted piece maintains its functional integrity for years to come (not including any patinas and other special finishing).
Partner-Made Products: For products we source from trusted partners, such as ventilation systems included in range hoods, we provide a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Coverage Highlights: Structural integrity of your product (e.g., copper body, joints, welds, mechanical parts)Functional performance as intended (e.g., sinks holding water, tubs holding water, cookware usability). Repair or replacement of defective parts at no additional cost
Commercial Use Exclusion: This warranty is intended for residential use only. Products used in commercial settings, such as restaurants, rental properties, or public facilities, are not covered under this warranty.
How to Claim: Please inspect your order upon receipt. To make a warranty claim, email office@amorettibrothers.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will guide you through the repair or replacement process.Note: Standard limitations in the industry, such as wear on metal finishing due to normal use or environmental exposure, are not included in this warranty. 5 -Custom Orders Process
When placing a custom order, you can expect:
Design Approval: A CAD drawing or technical sheet for your approval.
Progress Updates: Three sets of photos during production and before shipping. We require your approval after each set before proceeding.
Secure Shipping: Your product will be securely packed in a crate for shipping.
Tracking Information: A shipping tracking number will be provided.
Warranty: A limited lifetime warranty on all our products and a 1-year warranty on partner-made ventilation systems
Copper cookware is 100% safe to cook in, so long as it is lined with another material. Our cookware is lined with tin on the cooking surface so you can throw anything and everything into these pans; the metal lining will keep you—and your food—safe.

- What ventilation system is included in your range hoods? When you order your custom range hood you can also ask for a ventilation system. We work with our partners to offer you the best solution for your specific needs up to 1200 CFM.
- How do I clean my range hood? To clean your copper range hood, it's important to avoid abrasive cleaners or scourers that may harm the surface. Instead, opt for a mild detergent mixed with warm water. Wet a soft cloth with the detergent solution and gently wipe it over the range hood, ensuring a careful and thorough cleaning process.
