The Bombolone is a handcrafted pendant light with a soft, rounded drum silhouette — wide, low and gently tapered, like its namesake Italian pastry. Hand-formed from solid copper in our Mexico City atelier, its broad shade casts a warm, downward pool of light with a glowing metallic interior, making it as much a sculptural object as a source of illumination.
The Bombolone works beautifully hung singly over a nightstand or reading nook, or in a row above a kitchen island or dining counter where its rounded form softens clean, contemporary lines. It is also available as a matching wall light, so the same design language can run from ceiling to wall throughout a space.
Each Bombolone is fully customisable in size, drop length, metal and finish — available in Blackened Steel, Brass, Brushed Copper, Natural Copper, Red Patina and Metal Grey. What to expect when ordering from Amoretti Brothers:
All Amoretti Brothers shipments are packaged extremely carefully inside heavy-duty custom made crates or carton boxes.
Amoretti Brothers products are of the highest quality and extremely resilient against damage. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we will promptly replace it and pay all associated costs.
We ship across the United States duty-free, with all import duties included — no surprises at delivery. We also ship worldwide; for Canada and all other countries, shipping, duties and taxes are paid by the client and confirmed in writing as part of your quote before production begins. Every shipment is fully insured against transit damage and tracked from dispatch to arrival.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable once production begins, as each is built to your specifications. If your piece arrives with transit damage or a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right — repair or replacement at our cost. Every Amoretti Brothers piece is covered by our 5-year limited structural warranty from the date of delivery. It covers the structure of the piece: the metal body, welds and joints. Patinas, finishes and surface appearance are not covered.
For lighting, the warranty is 5 years on the handcrafted metal body and 1 year on electrical components (sockets, wiring, drivers).

Can I place a custom order?
Yes, we take custom orders for kitchen hoods, sinks, tubs, lighting and furniture. Please, email us at office@amorettibrothers.com and we will guide you and create your order.
What is the lead time for custom orders?
Lead time depends on the piece. The estimated lead time is shown on this page and confirmed in your quote. Lead times may vary during peak times or holidays; if you have a special requirement, please let us know.
What can I expect when placing a custom order?
During the purchasing/production process, you can expect constant communication in every step of the way. You will be provided with:
1. A CAD drawing / tech sheet for your approval.
2. 3 sets of photo shoots during the production process and before shipping so you can follow the creation of your product. After each photo set, we will always require your approval to continue. We do not ship until having received your final green light.
3. A crate in which the product will be securely shipped
4. A shipping tracking number for you to follow delivery.
5. A 5-year limited structural warranty on every piece we make. Ventilation systems are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. When you receive your order, inspect it within 48 hours and before installing, and tell us right away if anything is wrong.
