All Amoretti Brothers shipments are packaged extremely carefully inside heavy-duty custom made crates or carton boxes.
Amoretti Brothers products are of the highest quality and extremely resilient against damage. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we will promptly replace it and pay all associated costs.
Amoretti Brothers ships products Worldwide, to just over 200 Countries. Upon placing your order you will be prompted to enter your information where you will be asked for your complete address.
Entering your shipping information completely and accurately is vital to ensure that you will receive your package accordingly.
For all international shipments, we require that you enter a phone number, so we are able to confirm the details and provide you with delivery information.
After placing your order, we will contact you by phone within 24 hours to verify and confirm your information before charging your credit card.
It is important to note, for all International Shipments your credit card won't be charged without verification by phone.

Our mission is to make you happy. That is why in the unfortunate case you receive an incorrect or defective item please let us know asap and we will arrange a quick return for you.
We usually give 30 days to do so.
If the product arrives damaged please notify us within 24h of receipt of the goods with a couple of photos showing the problem.
At the moment all sales are finals outside the U.S. and Mexico, anyway let us know if you change your mind and want another pan or made a mistake in buying yours, and we will find a solution for you.

Refund amount are based on the percentage of work that has been completed as the time requested. Materials and labor already spent will be deducted from refund amount.
Returns are not accepted for custom built products. If there is an issue with damage, or breakarage, we will work diligentely with you and the freight company to have it repaired at their cost or have a new item made at their cost as well.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Amoretti Brothers warrants all of its lighting fixtures against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The original dated sales receipt from an authorized dealer is required for any warranty claims. Amoretti Brothers will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price to the consumer. All costs of installation and removal of the fixture is the responsibility of the consumer. This warranty does not cover fixtures becoming defective due to misuse, accidental damage or improper handling and/or installation and specifically excludes liability for direct, incidental or consequential damages.
Scratches and stains that can occur under normal use over a period of time will not be covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover; shipping cost, labor cost and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement, as well as any other kind of loss or damage. Warranty excludes all commercial and business usage.

For all forms of submittal, please provide the following information:
1) Provide the name/description of the product for which you are submitting a claim.

4) Your name, address, phone number and email address.
Once you have submitted your claim, you will be contacted within 3-5 business days.

Most of our copper PRODUCTS are in stock and can be shipped in few days, however since all our products are handmade and / or custom or signed for each client, if the product is made by order, it takes about 1-2 weeks to make it. Copper has been used and cherished for around 9,000 years. Pots that are made of copper are ideal heat conductors; the material is durable, hygienic, and corrosion-resistant. Thanks to the excellent heat conductivity properties, the heat spreads more evenly in copper cookware than in traditional pots and pans.

Copper is 100% safe to cook in, so long as it is lined with another material. Our cookware is lined with tin on the cooking surface so you can throw anything and everything into these pans ;the metal lining will keep you—and your food—safe.
9.- Are your copper cookware suitable for induction cooking?
While copper cookware do not work on induction stoves, it is posible to use them using an interface disk for induction cooking.

Can I place a custom order?
Yes, we take custom orders for kitchen hoods, sinks, tubs, lighting and furniture. Please, email us at email@example.com and we will guide you and create your order.
What is the lead time for custom orders?
Accurate lead times are very important for us and our customers. In general, custom orders are completed as mentioned:
Kitchen hoods: 9-12 weeks
Sinks: 4-6 weeks
Tubs: 6-10 weeks
Lighting: 9-12 weeks
Furniture: 9-12 weeks
However, lead times may vary during peak times or holidays. Current lead times will be provided before placing every order. If you have a special requirement, please let us know.
What can I expect when placing a custom order?
During the purchasing/production process, you can expect constant communication in every step of the way. You will be provided with:
1. A CAD drawing / tech sheet for your approval.
2. 3 sets of photo shoots during the production process and before shipping so you can follow the creation of your product. After each photo set, we will always require your approval to continue. We do not ship until having received your final green light.
3. A crate in which the product will be securely shipped
4. A shipping tracking number for you to follow delivery.
5. A warranty. We offer 5 years warranty on any products we make and a 1 year warranty on the ventilation systems made by our partners (they offer their own warranty that comes with their products). When you receive your order, please make sure it is in good condition BEFORE installing. If there is any problem or manufacturing defect, let us know as soon as possible. The warranty will not cover a damaged product once installed, or a product that has been wrongly manipulated.
